Adult league guest fee for 1 regular season game. Must download the MSL League waiver prior to playing. Can sign online, email to njk@movedonsports.com or bring to field before game. Hand the waiver to attending site coordinator. If no site coordinator, then to one of the officials. Guest passes cannot be purchased to participate in any playoff or championship game.

All waivers must be signed. All passes are to be used in a regular season game for a substitute or new player trying out the league.
